Program and financial decisions are reviewed by organizational leadership on a defined schedule. Board and advisory structures will be published here as they are formalized.
Transparency
Accountability is part of the program
We ask the community to trust us with their time and their goals. That trust deserves documentation.
How funding is used
Contributions fund instruction, materials, equipment, participant support, and the staff time required to run programs consistently. A summary of allocation is reviewed annually.
Participant privacy
We collect only the information needed to run a program and report on outcomes. Participant data is never sold, and identifying details are never shared publicly without written permission.
Youth safety
Volunteers working directly with minors complete a background check and orientation. Mentoring follows documented safety and communication practices.
Reporting
We publish program activity, participation figures, and outcome measures annually, including the measures we did not meet.
