Founder & Executive Director
Leon founded Pathway to Empowerment to close the distance between talent and opportunity in the neighborhoods he grew up in. He leads strategy, partnerships, and program design, and still teaches in the entrepreneurship cohorts he helped write.
Director of Operations
Carmen builds the systems that let the mission scale — program logistics, volunteer coordination, data and reporting, and the day-to-day operations that keep every workshop running on time and on purpose.
