Pathway to Empowerment is a nonprofit initiative that provides practical training in entrepreneurship, AI and technology, financial literacy, career development, and youth empowerment.

Leon Wilson founded Pathway to Empowerment after two decades of watching capable people stall out for reasons that had nothing to do with ability: no first customer, no credit history, no one to ask.
